Website terms

About this website

This site describes the decks we design and build for local homes and lets you ask us for a quote. The privacy notice says who runs it.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss caused by relying on this site's content. This does not affect your statutory rights.

External links

Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

Copyright

All content on Darlington Decking is protected by copyright. Personal, non-commercial use is fine; any other reuse needs our written permission.

Agreement to these terms

These terms apply whenever you browse darlingtondecking.co.uk or send an enquiry. Please stop using the site if you don't accept them.

Using the site properly

You must not send false enquiries, attempt to break or overload the website, or use it for anything unlawful.

Photos and illustrations

Photos are used to illustrate the kinds of work described. They are not presented as records of particular finished projects.

Accuracy of information

Everything on this site is general guidance. Every property is different, so figures for prices or timings are indicative and are not an offer or a quote. Your local council has the final word on planning, so check with them first.

Asking for a quote

Asking for a quote is free and you are under no obligation to go ahead. We come out, look at the job and then give you a quote.

Which law applies

English and Welsh law applies to these terms and to any dispute about them, with the courts of England and Wales deciding.

Updates to the terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
